These terms govern how visitors, members, and admins may access and use the Northstar website, tools, and protected application routes.
By accessing Northstar, you agree to use the site, calculators, member workspace, and admin surfaces in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Northstar currently includes marketing pages, finance tools, member portfolio and journal workflows, admin operations pages, and CMS-driven content. We may add, remove, pause, or revise features at any time as the product evolves.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, keeping your email and account information accurate, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share access with another person or attempt to bypass role restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, the software, design system, branding, editorial copy, and calculator logic on Northstar are owned by the project operator or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content within the service.
Northstar provides educational content, workflow tools, and analytics-oriented software. Nothing on the site should be treated as investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to enter any trade or investment.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account violates these terms, threatens platform security, or creates legal or operational risk for the service or other users.
